mood: happy :-)

So today... hmm... woke up... took Pres and his uniform to the dry cleaners... went to class... went to another class... went to marching band... then helped Backes make Beth feel by taking him to the store to get some soup and whatnot.

Funny thing happened when we left Beth's apartment in Sterling. Pres and I are walking out the door and some girl on the 2nd floor of the apartment across the way screams "STACEY FUCKING SHULTZ... shit i mean SELVEY!" I look up and it's my roommate from Freshman year :-D So I call back "TINA ARE YOU DRUNK!?" She just smiled her drunken smile and asked us to come upstairs! I knew today was her 21st birthday and I'd actually left her a note asking what she was doing and where she lived so I could possibly stop by... I hadn't heard back from her and low and be hold... she had just finished taking a shot, set the shot glass down and saw me and Pres leaving! Hahahah! It was fun! I miss her! She was the most fun roommate :-D So Pres and I went up to her apartment... she was determined to do 21 shots (being her 21st Birthday) and had about 17 to go when we got there... oye... I hope she doesn't kill herself!

I remember freshman year! She used to go out and party all the time and then she would call me and wake up around 3 in the morning with a big shout into the phone. "ROOMIE!" I'd roll over and usually hang up on her, knowing she would be back within the next 20 minutes. She would stroll in way past her limit... crawl to her bed, stand on it so she could see me "sleeping" in my lofted bed above her's and shout "YOU'RE THE BEST ROOMIE IN THE WORLD" Then my ass would be out of bed holding the trash can, making her eat some bread and drink water and listening to her stories from the night's adventure! She was an awesome roommate! She made me try a lot of new things that I would have been too afraid of or never have thought to try in my life :-D And fortunately I'm still alive ;-) Tina, you smell like cabbage!

Moving on, after that Pres and I went back to his room and he made me some dinner :-) Then after we talked and I tried to cheer him up I had to go to my saxtional...

Definitely was a fun time. We were working on memorizing "Bohemian Rhapsody" for the show this weekend so we'd work on a section the turn off the lights and play it just to make sure no one was cheatin and using music. It was funny b/c when we'd turn the lights on... hardly anyone was standing in the same spot they'd been in before! Then Backes and I hung out for a little while talking and then arguing about the lyrics to "Oh Susanna" I lost. But it was funny because we were running around the CMA singing and asking people like Nickie, Kurt, Babich, Harvard and others what they thought the lyrics were... oye... funtimes! We got yelled at (by Harvard) for being to loud in the lab and Backes realized he should go check on Beth and I decided to come back to my apartment.

So overall it was a pretty cool day. You know how we do. Leave me a comment. Or else :-P

mood: sleepy

Hey everyone, this is my first entry using nutang. It seems kind of cool and catchy so we'll have to see how it goes and what all I can do with it. I still have my xanga page so don't panic... yet.

Today was pretty laid back... in fact the whole weekend has been pretty relaxed... I even began working ahead on some homework *gasp*
